Pizza Party Pictures

Thanks for these pizza party pictures Rachel! And thanks to the coaches for planning the pizza party and getting the pizza for all these growing boys! I don't even know where to start guessing on how many pizzas you guys had to order! LOL. It really gave the boys something to look forward to after the game and they had so much fun!

GREAT SEASON!!

GREAT season everybody! To my players and coaches, you guys are the absolute BEST there is. This year was fantastic! I will really miss seeing all of you every night and going into battle with you every week. Boys, please do not forget what I talked about on Saturday about what it means to be a teammate. You guys are all now teammates for life. Stick up for each other at ALL times, at school, at church, on the playground or the field of battle no matter the sport. Nothing brings teammates together like football. You've all bled together, hurt together, celebrated together, worked your tails off in practice together, thru all the blood, sweat and tears you all ultimately had the same goal in mind and that was a team victory every Saturday. You have formed a bond that should never be broken. Be a good teammate to each other. And be good people at all times...

We had a great season and accomplished an important goal... WE MADE THE PLAYOFFS! We were a top 16 team out of 40+ this year! Great job to all of you!

And to the parents... thank you SOOOO much for all the support you gave us this year and have given me over the years. In my 14 years of coaching I have truly been blessed with great parental support but you guys beat them all. This blog, the treats, the pictures, the banners, the signs, the painted faces, the cow bells... you guys are AWESOME!! And the best part of all of it is that you cheer and support the team and razz the officials as loud as any crowd, but you ALWAYS do it with class. I truly appreciate the fact that I have never had to say anything to anyone about the manner in which you cheer. And we all know that is a problem for a LOT of teams... but not us and I am so grateful for that.

I am humbled to have had been given the opportunity to be such an big part of your kids lives for so many nights, weeks, months and in many cases, YEARS! Thank you very much for that trust and confidence. I hope I never do anything to diminish that.

Thank you to all the coaches! You guys are AMAZING with these boys! You are such GREAT EXAMPLES to them and have TAUGHT THEM SO MUCH that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives! We really APPRECIATE all the TIME, EFFORT, and HEART you have put into this team!! What a fun tight knit group from the coaches, to the kids, and even the parents and siblings! There's not a better team around! We will miss you all!
